I read a book by dean koontz when I was I don't know probably 12-13, called seize the day(I think that's the title, it's been awhile since I read it) and when the fog rolls in during the story, these genetically mutated creatures come out and attack. (Again its been awhile since I've read it so I apologize if I happened to get that tidbit wrong.)
Like I said, I'm not afraid of the fog...I'm concerned about what could be in the fog.
Oh Chelsie, I really think I should take you to the Fulton County Haunted Woods toward the end of the month. I'll even pay. I think the five dollars spent will be well worth the fear seen in your face.
ReplyDeleteI am serious about giving you a ride to the "Of Mice and Men" play this month. Is there a particular day you would like to go?
you'd enjoy seeing the terror in my face, i will accept your challenge. and any time you want to go is fine. just let me know so i can scrounge up like 12 bucks for the play.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy things like this. Being that I'm a writer and an avid video gamer, I believe that the unknown is the greatest inspiration for the most chilling of literature. Some of the greatest Gothic authors in history have used their own, along with humanity's, fear of the unknown to create timeless works of literature to awaken what lurks in the human mind.
