I can not stand to see kids being made fun of or called names. I am probably quite a bit older than you and the saying sticks and stones can break your bones but words will never hurt me was something that was said in my childhood. I think the world has changed alot with the availability of social media, that it is easier to insult people and make fun of them. I also believe that some of the responsibility falls to the parents that raise these insensitive kids. I will not put up with bullying in any shape or form!
I had never seen the video until my little sister showed it to me. she's very into making bullying obsolete in today's society. she and a friend of hers are actually trying to get the principal at her high school to show it.
